You know, there's a difference between vhampyre and vampires...besides the spelling o' course. Yat, alongside his sister Nimu battled in an ancient war to relieve the 'Wier' of humans and drive them through The Gate back to 'Earth'. Well, not in the way you might think. Both Yat and Nimu were origionaly on the side of the five great dragon gods and goddesses of light, dark, air, water and earth until Yat betrayed them and went to the aid of Chargin, his 'ultimate father'. Chargin the god of fire having created his race of vhampyres in the first place to kill another know as the 'sayers'(as well as other illegal activities which caused him to side with the humans. heh...or use them anyway.) Long story short, Nimu soon followed him because of thier deep love (brother sister people -_-) and when the war was over, they were both trialed to live a cursed life, become immortal and forever dream every night of the evil which condemed them. A terrible, heinous crime. However instead of staying in the Wier, Yat was sent to Earth in exile and Nimu believed him dead. Anywho..a vhampyre's weakness is mythril and they don't suck the blood, they puncture the skin then sort of lap it up....like i dog i guess. Kind of disgusting but that's what vampire bats do.... Yat's a cool cat (sometimes litterally since the vhamps' other form is a massive feline form) but when he's mad.....oi. That would be 'mad' in two forms as well; livid with anger and insane. When Yat has a plan it's best to avoid eye contact with him...or any contact for that matter.

Nimu An ex warrior, a weregriffin by birth she mourns over the loss of her brother; that is until he returns. Thier 'love' for one another is incredibly strong (though on Yat's part it's rather difficult for anyone else to tell that it is actually love and not just a lust for dominance over his sibling since he doesn't show compassion that well) and if her brother orders her to do something most of the time she won't go against his wishes. They're fiercly loyal to one another and Nimu will never fight an enemy force if her brother is with it. May even join it to protect him, poor girl...Stubborn as heck, rude to anyone she considers 'beneath her' (which would be practically anyone besides the gods and her brother) and extremely lithe, powerfull in combat. Nimu has a soft center (think tootsie roll pop ^^) and a hard shell, either way it's possible to appeal to her good side. Unlike her brother, Nimu wants nothing more than to rid herself of the curse and relents to kindness given to her. She's very emotional, but not apt to cry. It's considered a bad omen to see a 'were' of any kind cry.......a sign of impending doom for a vhampyre to do so and immediate and ultimate death for the tears of twins. (gasp that's a mouthfull....@@ )
