This is one story that not only thrives on chaos, she open about it. And, by open, we mean she likes to remind everyone else at every possible opportunity. It is hard to tell if she likes to relive the horrors she has witnessed or if she has imposed some kind of self-psychosis which makes her behave like the horrible creatures she pretends to be. If there’s fearful screaming to be heard, you can be sure she’s at the source. So the other stories keep her chained up. Inside a straitjacket. With a padlock. Whose key has been locked in a safe. That everyone’s forgotten the combination to. On purpose. We hope. The others are careful when around her, as she is capable of creating illusions that only her targets see.

Her ability to manipulate a person depends line-of-sight until she's in her target's head. The only reason she loses control is if she falls asleep or is otherwise unconscious.
