A perfect example of a techno bunny, Dule is future-trendy and so technologically competent that computers begin shivering when she enters the room even when they do not have power. Her penchant for technology stems from the fact that she has OI (Optical Interface) tattoos, which allow her to power and control almost anything with just the right eye movement. Except for televisions; those just seem to sit there without reacting to her. She gets excited when a new piece of electronic equipment comes out, and she loves to have fun with the others. Not especially chaotic, she manages to maintain a composure befitting a well-behaved young girl. When she isn’t partying, that is.

She has optical interface tattoos, a series of nanotechnology-based, wireless computer system that is embedded just underneath her skin. She has the ability to remotely control advanced technology and can activate a volumetric display through projectors under her skin, although, unlike in her stories, her ability to project solid elements is very limited.

She is a direct sequel to Umi's series.
