The future has seen a lot. And so has Carrie. So it comes as no surprise when something in contemporary times winds up being the mundane for her. She has developed a memory for technology just by being a series of stories about the future, and she knows how to put together things as small as a pocket watch and as large as a dreadnought starship. And she enjoys it, too, picking out all of the parts and assembling them as fast as possible. Of course, she doesn’t actually know how to use these. Just put them together. This fact is no dampener on her spirit, either, as she takes eternal joy in mentally tearing apart and putting together any piece of modern technology. Or future technology. It tends to make one wonder if she is even aware of the occurrences of magic around her.
