Storm is one of the 3 guardians who live in modern-day downtown tokyo. He guards a young women who in which an evil within the city is looking for. He's the most sarcastic of the bunch, and he gets into alot of trouble. He sometimes has a cocky attitude, but nothing rivaling Vegeta's from DBZ.
