Looks like some powerful force sucked young Frodo into a mirror-ball, trapped him high above the dance floor of the Zombie a Go-Go nightclub for a sucession of no less than a dozen happyhours, then spit him out in the form of one of those glow in the dark psychedellic velour posters.

Or maybe I'm just listening to too much disco.
