I own a lot of the 'How to Draw Manga' series, and they have some great poses in the books, so some of the poses come from there, if they strike my fancy. That, and I've always wanted to be able to fly without help. So that's what I'm letting her do.
There is an obvious sense of flight in her pose, but I think a background might help bring this out more. The wind flow seems a little erratic. In certain places the hair is flowing back, yet the dress is flowing up. Personally I think it should all float up unless it is meant to be a windy day but that's just personal.
