Assult and Battery: The pains of paying a higher tuition.
Assult and Battery: The pains of paying a higher tuition. by @deaddays (John Rios)

Oooooh SO PROUD of this one! Ok, first off, the low down: my college raised tuition an extra $70 bucks out of nowhere! Why? Because California's Budget wasn't ample enough to cover all of the college costs! So we the students are inadvertently getting hosed because California can't supply it's colleges with adequate funds. It's goofy. Anyway, I had to come up with a cartoon for this crisis (actually it's only $70.00, not THAT big of a deal, but still. It's the principle of it all) and I wanted to do something different. After about 40 different senarios, I decided upon this one which was surprisingly hard and involving to execute. I think it turned out the best I could have done it. I'm very happy with the result.
