Bas-Relief Bird
Bas-Relief Bird by @denise (Denise Chan)

A little bird I carved out of a piece of plaster of paris. I set the block in a paper cup, so it's just under two inches in diameter. It's definitely not finished yet...I plan to paint it when it's done.

Carving is addictive - chip, chip, scrape, scrape....@.@

Wouldn't it be TEH COOLEST if one could actually bake bird-shaped cookies this detailed? :D

I really don't know why you couldn't, if you were some kind of millionaire cookie-design-inventor.
