^o^!!! I.Love.CHICAGO!! And Catherine Zeta-Jones!!! And Nicole Kidman! ^^ They're my hhheeeeerroooooess!! I got Practical Magic today!!! Anyways, was in a Chicago-y mood, so I drew Velma ^^ Shes supposed to be in the clothing she wore to Roxie's trial, but I kinda forgot, so I made em up ^^; I like her hat and scarf lots ^_^ Used the smuge tool!
