That candle ist spooooookiiiieee.

I'm not sure if a background would be appropriate at this stage...Imean, wouldn't it be hard to incorporate all the bgcolors into the main char? ... That's probably just my theory speaking, though.

I want to put him in a li'l underground hovel, but that's kind of generic now, isn't it? Put him in an underground hovel (kind of a cut-away scene thing) and show a rainbow "aboveground," mebbe?...as though HE IS FIGHTING THE RAINBOW, ARRRR!

Whoa. Better stop now.

whaa..! that is one helluva sweet sketch you got going there, eh! I think his eyes have to be the best part. good job :D can't wait to see it finished!

Eeeeeehehe! Wow... I love the angles you use in this. And the lighting/color technique is excellent. Maaan, you'd make a great animator. Or a character designer, at least.
