Beautiful color, very smooth. The colors are very calm and suitable for an aquatic scene. :) Great realism and proportion. Love the sea creatures. The only criticism I could give is to make the lighting more broken, I guess you would say. Usually lighting in the water isn't solid but rather broken and reflected in the water. The lighting on the goddess though seems unusually solid for being aquatic.

Other than that though, beautiful job! Excellent work by far.

The reflected light from the surface wouldn't carry all the way down to the ocean floor, so the lighting seems fine to me. Wonderful work, I love the detail of the naga's tail and the coral, and the background is superb. The only minor critique I would have is to define her chest a little more. Not to say I think she needs bigger breasts (I appreciate that she doesn't, actually), but they don't seem to be shaped quite right from this angle. Very lovely otherwise.

I had about the same thoughts for the reflected light. Even though, it just doesn't look like she is in the water. I'm still thinking about how that could be conveyed. Probably by making her skin more blue-greenish.

It looks rather like she's underwater to me. The background does a good job of portraying that. Never mind the fish and seahorse. grin But if it concerns you, you could give the picture as a whole a more bluish tint, or add more bubbles around. Personally, I don't think it needs it. Looks very aquatic as is.
