Vector.EXE
Vector.EXE by @TheDevilCat (Caitlin Wilt)

You know, I think I'm starting to actually be okay with my non-digital colouring...

Anyhow, this is yet another example of what happens when I become a fan of something. I make fancharacters.

This fellow is one of two characters that I toyed with after playing Megaman Battle Network, and finalised after watching the Rockman.EXE anime. His name is Vector(.EXE). Doesn't he look so cute and clueless? He's not really (clueless, at least), but the thoughtless sketching half of my brain took over last night, and that semi-bemused expression was in place before I could do anything about it.

Oh, and Phoenix says: "If you can look at that face up there without going 'Awww...', there's something wrong with you."
