yes, this picture, especially late at night after a long hard day, just makes me want to crawl in there a snuggle up next to him... sigh so far this is my best colored pencil pic, i fell that i heve mannaged to capture the soft darkness of a warm cozy barn. i felt that i needed to contrast my bloody one of link, i felt it too was wounderfully colored, but the picture itself is more dark and overbearing, i needed to do that quality of color on something that could be called beautifull. that and drawing this at 12:34 AM seemed to help me capture the whole "sleepy" feel, i was pretty freaken tired myself, and was eager to curl up in my bed with my cats.....
Sleeping Link by @westlilleah (Lilleah Aawest)
awwwhh... well here is 3 ways that you would never see link in the game or fanart, sound alseep and peacfull spending the night in an empty stall at Lon Lon ranch, also not wearing the classic tunic or his hat! i see him as having long blonde hair in that over sized hat of his, i make up my own things about the game all the time, i could just see Mido teasing him for his long hair that is longer than the girls hair and so he braids it and tucks it into his long green hat, that and i just like long hair on guys ^__^. boy, Malon is going to have a heart attack when she walks into the barn and finds Link like this. (PS, took 4 hours to color, using colored pencils)

i was sure to pay close attention to the horses, i love equines so much, they can show such emotion. and i love how Epona is a bright red chestnut bay with white hair and blue eyes, i have a fettish for horses with blue eyes that are not solid white ^_^
I have to say that this is definitely a new look for Link! Your unique style for his face is reminiscient countless covers of romance novels. He looks completely at ease. Particularly nice is the detail that went not into just Link, but into Epona as well. Shading and lighting effects are excellent and all of his possesions are in one place or another in the picture. The scene is peacefully and warmly comical all at the same time. Marvelous piece of work! I applaud you not only for your fine work, but for your imaginitive take on something most people would overlook about Link. Terrific job! I hope to see more like this from you in the near future!
