Dule "Comics" by @fragmented_imagination (B Sanders)

And now, we have Dule representing "OPTICAL INTERFACE Radio Chatter". Although Umi represents "Radio Chatter", OIRC occurs in a different time and with a completely different cast. I wanted to make something similar to Umi's background but without the utter lack of foreground material. I also took a page out of Takeuchi Takashi's book and modified the way I do wrinkles in clothing. Although not a lot of it is visible, I'm very pleased with the shading on her shirt.
