I finally think I've drawn them the way I want them. Daynoren looks pretty enough (and he doesn't look like a girl! well, not too much, anyway) and arrogant enough, and Catame's cute and doesn't look all out of proportion and funny like every other pic I've done of him thus far. So, I'm relatively pleased.
I don't like the archway thing... bad colors. Hmph.
This is a work in progress cuz I don't have a background. Help? Suggestions? Anybody?

I was going to suggest more grassy stuff, but that wouldn't do well with Catame being all fragile and stuff. Hmm. Maybe something in muted grays to enhance their vibrance? Maybe a blurry background or something. (me and my blurry backgrounds. >_<) Neat pic, Gayle! I love the colouring you've done on the folds of cloth, though I think Catame's hands could use a little work. Meh, next time. And the border looks fine!
