Rowan, as Angel
Rowan, as Angel by @Cacopheny (Abigail Oliver)

This is one of a series of three drawings of Rowan in his different "forms": full angel, full vampire, and Balancer. Obviously, this image is the angel form. I like this version of his glorified wings better than the last... more pronounced, I think.

What's really sad is that I no longer have this picture. I'd wanted to eventually frame the three of them and use them for decoration of some sort, but now that will be impossible. My poor art folder was attacked by water this weekend, and marker reacts badly to water, I've discovered. The whole bottom half of this image looks like it was done in watercolor, and badly.

I'd rescan it to show the "damage" (some people say they like the damaged version better, but they might just be trying to make me feel better), only now the paper is all warped and messed up and won't scan right.

Rowan in all his forms belongs to me, he does.

Wow. ^-^ I really like the lighting effect of the lighter gold above and the dark blue below. And Rowan's wings are pretty, too. All soft-looking. ~snugs into fluffy feathers.. oh wait, she'll get to go to sleep sometime soon~ <=) :)

Good pic. ^-^ Sorry the water got to it, though. -.-'

Gee, should I be jealous? You snugging into his feathers like that... laughs, j/k

I appreciate the lighting effect as well, Gail-chan. He definitely looks ready for whatever's ahead of him, with the light hitting from behind like it's with him every step of the way.

My only question is that he looks a little ... stiff? I don't know how else to put it. Mayhaps because his sword is out at the moment. I like the sword, by the way. nods

So now that I'm done being randomly descriptive... :) I'm sorry the pic didn't keep, Gail, but I'm glad you were able to share it with us all.
