Legend of The Sword-Epilouge Sharp X68000 Mix by @XxTheCreativeKitsunexX (XxTheCreativeKitsunexX)
It has been a while since I did a chiptune so I mean to rectify that with this new track.

Be Warned this is an original 80s inspired chiptune if your not into this kind of thing I have many other works. To every Nostalgia seeking music listener please enjoy!

To say I was heavily inspired by a Japan only PC called the Sharp X68000 and its games is an understatement. I recently got to try this 80s powerhouse machine in emulator and fell in love with the sound of the music, I have always been super partial to music that sounds like this cause it reminds me of the arcades in the mid to late 80s. I set to work to find the correct sounds and whipped up this track in a few days and tried to keep it short simple and still keep in line with the sounds from that period in time. Games like Ghost and Goblins, Gradius 1 and 2, Castlevania and a slew of other games used the power of the Yamaha sound chip but none more effectively then this PC.

So without further ado my newest chip tune to scratch that 80s nostalgic itch we both have to those who like this kind of thing like me.

Not sure I've ever heard something so serious labelled chiptune. :p

But yeah, I may not have known the arcades but this is the quinessential early action-game sound. You're seriously pushing me to dig out the CD compendium of classic freeware/demos (assuming even half of them will still run on Win10 :^) ).

@Thorvald:Oh there was no intention at ALL to making you feel like dusting off some old games to play NONE at ALL whatsoever!🤪
