My ninth submission to DYOS X. [link]

Something that only really struck me after the fact was that even though Napoleon was leading the Civ4 avatar rebellion, I don't think he was ever actually affiliated with kulade. He might have even been a potential ally, if not for the whole conquer-Europe fling.
