@Thorvald: I certainly kept you waiting on my reply comment didn't I ha ha ha ha.
Yes I was going for a total Harry Gregson Williams style while injecting my own personal sound to it as well, the end result was something I am VERY proud of. Yes losing 13 years of work was so heart wrenching I nearly punched a hole in the table I was sitting in while trying to do my best not to run into the streets yelling like a banshee.
The main story to this is in my head and not written to digital pad or paper at this time. Suffice to say it involves Snake being given a new directive after being MIA for a few years and involves EX KGB and a secret military firm developing a new weapon that is not a metal gear but something very different and very deadly. The music was made to sound like snake is given orders, dropped into enemy territory and finally is sneaking around to try and locate not only evidence of this new weapon but also find out who is behind the whole plot.

Dream Tracks2024-Metal Gear Solid-World On Fire Another Mission by @XxTheCreativeKitsunexX (XxTheCreativeKitsunexX)
As far back as 2013 I had wanted to do a piece of music for Metal Gear as I have been a long time fan of the series and like so many others before I wanted to do a cover piece of music to showcase my abilities as a music composer. I tried to do a cover for Father Son from Metal Gear Solid 4 but ran into a ton of difficulties mainly with not knowing how to read music to get the proper notations on the strings and not having a good enough string kit to make the music sound like I wanted. So I had to shelve the idea for an MGS track and did not try again until late 2016. I was in the middle stage of making a track using the iconic theme Harry Gregson Williams made famous for MSG 2 and was entering the final stages of development of the track when I ran into an issue. I was living with someone at the time who mistakened my external hard drive as her own and she formatted my hard drive destroying over 13 years of work and music as well as my nearly complete MGS track. I was so crestfallen I nearly gave up making music all together as it came as a huge blow to both my confidence and laid me out flat. I gave up on Metal Gear and throughout the years continued to hone my skills as a composers and gathered up better sounding kits to make better music with.
Finally in 2024 MGS is FINALLY a reality it took 12 long years! but I finally have an MGS track done and ready for fans of the series. I am VERY proud of this track as it is a culmination of being held back year upon year with no progress in site. So to commemorate this achievement I decided I wanted to team up with an artist whom I had approached to use a movie poster for Metroid The Motion Picture track I did back in 2022. Sadly I could not reach him in time, fast forward 3 months ago and I was surprised to find he was on soundcloud and he had contacted me back! We set to planning something to coincide with my MGS track and finally I can show it to you though the preview picture will be small I am posting the final poster work as well with the permission of Kirtemor.
This man is a master of digital art and it shows! The final product of his side of the collab is astounding and he was literally able to make something that all fans of MGS will love.
https://www.deviantart.com/kirtemor Is his Devian Art page please feel free to ask him for work on any kind of digital work as his price for his work is more then fair. Working with him was a joy even with both of us getting sick him with covid and me with food poisoning and yet...here we are.
so without further Ado! Little Prayer FINALLY and PROUDLY Presents Metal Gear Solid and all Original Fan Made Dream Track for 2024

@XxTheCreativeKitsunexX: I may have mentioned it before, but the worst and weirdest hardware failure I had was several desktops ago when, inexplicably, a partition folder got turned into a file, effectively petrifying the contents, which was most of my games. In retrospect I took it remarkably well, especially considering it destroyed virtually all my modding work on Operation Flashpoint, and nuked several downloads from a now-defunct fansite I was never able to replace.
Maybe the final villain is tech bandits?
"Kept you waiting, huh?"
Not being a console player I mainly know the Metal Gear series by reputation rather than experience, but it's one of those soundscapes that's instantly recognizable, and you've caught the soul of the music to a T. Congratulations on finally achieving a Solid State! ;D
(One day I will try to dissect the full storyline. :^) )
