Turnbull House by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)
Private residence of Alexander Turnbull, "merchant, dandy, and book collector" in Wellington, New Zealand. Built in 1916 just across the street from Parliament, it housed his private library that he bequeathed to the nation following his death two years later. The library was relocated to the National Library in 1973, and the house is now managed by the Department of Conservation as a national historic site.
