A joke illustration inspired by a conversation in Imperium Offtopicum: The Aftermath.

One of the players has(? had?) a tendency to speak in such a way that made him a lucrative target for quote-mining. In this case, his statement that the Federation of the Savanna didn't care about a supposed human rights dispute in India was twisted to suggest a) he didn't care about genocide, and b) was in the process of committing it.

The New Hetmanate and Federation of Petrograd are thus compelled to respond under their responsibility as world police.
