Neytronov by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)

Character concept portrait created in HeroMachine 3 for KaiserElectric's superhero IOT. The supers are actually NPCs and the players participate as regular nations.

Real name: Lukáš Slavik
Sex: Male
Nationality: Slovak
Location: Europe
Abilities: Body constantly emitting high amounts of nuclear energy. Posseses flight, super strength, and the ability to absorb and emit massive bursts of energy.

The Soviet response to the Halifax project, inferred to be the second-most-powerful super in 'Lec's original roster. Inspired by Captain Atom, he wears a lead-lined suit so as to keep from irradiating everything around him. Ironically, Slavik was a political prisoner, not a Soviet patriot; he is implied to have been used for domestic atrocities, and after the fall of the Union devoted himself to atoning for past crimes, which generally means safeguarding civvies... something christos200 learned the hard way when he tried to napalm-bomb Istanbul.
