The Wishing Star by @TigerGirl (Rika Jordan Kennedy)

A lot of times while separated from my friends when I had to live with my brother, I would take a walk just after the sun had gone down and see the first star in the night. Like I’ve done so many times in the past, I found myself wishing on that star to be back home. The amazing thing was that I hadn’t wished on stars since I was 12, when I constantly wished that I could find the guts to tell my friend Matt that I loved him.
