Hey babe, great pic, love the stuff... must say I don't wanna see the Star Wars movies at all (Is that blasphemy?), but not cause of nitpicky stupid details (Comic Book Guy!!! Though he loves Jar-Jar), rather because I find them boring, and I didn't really like the originals that much... I must reveal these evils to you now, for I have suffered too long in silence and I really hate calling our son "Anigan." Um, wait, that wasn't our son, it was the mop. But I still don't wanna see Star Wars. Hey, you should draw something for Donnie Darko! That'd be kickass.... (I'm obsessed with that movie!!!) :D muah
Little Padewans by @deaddays (John Rios)
Thank GOD for kids. With all the jerks out there talking all the crap about the new Star Wars movie, it's always nice to see an audience that don't over analyse the thing to death: kids. Not that the new Star Wars appeals only to kids, in fact it's MUCH more adult than Episode I and about 10 times better at that. Anyway, my co-worker Michelle came to me and told me how much she and her kids loved the movie (I'd been promoting the movie around the office) and asked me to draw her kids as little Jedis. If it will make a kid a bigger Wars fan, I'm all for it. So here they are, Brennan and Easton. Little Padewans. Fantastic movie. Right up there with the first ones. Artwork © Copyright 2002 John Rios

I agree with you fully on this one, and seeing as mentally I am comparible to an eight year old woo! Starwars!! I can't help being obsessive, really I can't :) My Gallery - http://www.side7.com/art/alankent/gallery.html
As much as some kids irritate me when it comes to some movies, I gotta agree. At least they don't feel it's their purpose in life to tell you the thousand miniscule reasons why the movie was out of line with the others. Enjoy the damn movie or hate it, but don't annoy me with EVERY frikkin' detail that's different. Yay for you, and yay for the little kids that go around pretending to be their favorite heroes.
