Confrontation
Confrontation by @FeralGrinn (Sarah Petrulis)

It's been a long time since I signed in here. It's nice to see the site is still up. This place was one of the best experiences I've had across the not-unsubstantial number of art communities I've been a part of over the last two decades. When I made this account I was 14 (though I lied and said I was 16 lol) and the support I found on the forums helped me develop my work much faster than I think I would have on my own. I don't know why I'm writing this exactly except that I've been feeling pretty sentimental and nostalgic lately and I guess I wanted to express my gratitude for the experiences I had here in a small way.

Anyway, I'm done being mushy. Here's a digital painting I did a few years ago.

This is utterly amazing and beautiful. The attention to light and value is well executed. I love the calm expression on the character's face in spite of the monster climbing up.

Fantastic! Indeed, this site was a nice find, reminds me of places like MyOtaku and classic DA!
