@Thorvald: Hmmm maybe Final Fantasy, Skies of Arcadia, Grandia 2, Secret of Mana, Xenogears, Tales of Fantasia, Breath of Fire to name a few. A lot of inspiration came also from movies from the 80s and 90s like Labyrinth, Never Ending Story, Goonies to name a few where this track was inspired.

-GrandLaner- A Mythical Ship the size of a small city once saved the world from complete destruction, disappeared into legend and lost for 250 years. Many have searched for it in hopes of finding it and making a name for themselves, many set out none returned.
A band of plucky heroes set out on a journey far from home and all things familiar into a world filled with mysteries and strange floating lands, past the Cyclone barrier to other parts of the sky sea yet unmapped and unexplored. Travel to a world filled with the only means of travel is by airship and the land below destroyed by pollution and destruction of natural resources. Man and beast kind have fled to the last bastion of hope...the sky.

Having lost a good portion of GrandLaner Sky Sea Adventures Music -I had lost the will to continue to the project and put it on Hiatus, with over 60% of my music lost with my old hard drive. I continued to work on GalaxyLord while avoiding working any more on GrandLaner which was my life's work, this would not last as long as I thought as I found myself returning to tracks that DID survive on my secondary internal hard drive and began to listen to each and every track. Thanks to a video game I also purchased called Trinity Trigger my love for GrandLaner was rekindled and immediately set to work on this track, it took all weekend a one day to make it but I am PROUD to say I managed to finish it and are able to present to you all my VERY first GrandLaner track for 2023! Expect more to follow over time.

This is like a medley of a whole bunch of games I played through the 90s to late aughts, and now I'm trying to figure out which ones are which. :P
