Rain Fullbody (could be a ref??) by @Raccoon_Boomie (Boomie)

This is Rain, a guy who I've had in my head since 2021. Literally started off as a Sisu ripoff before we got to now, where he's a cosmic being who is 90 something percent water. The other percent belongs to his brain, eyes, and spinal nerves. He doesn't need those three things by the way, and they might have given him a weakness to electricity. Get rid of your organs, boy.

He's a very sociable people pleaser guy, especially towards mortals. Other cosmic beings find this weird, he doesn't care. 

For this piece, I did experiment using different brushes for the lines and some details. 10/10 would use the gouche brush again! Oh and his organs (his brain and spinal nerves) are kinda visible because he's made of water, but idk what I should rate the image so feedback would be appreciated on this!
