Tribute to the late great Edward Gorey
Tribute to the late great Edward Gorey by @deaddays (John Rios)

I project I did for rendering class meant to be an homage to on of my idols in art, the great writer/illustrator Edward Gorey. If you don't know his work yet, look him up, you won't be sorry. His work is so amazing and beautifully depressing in a hilarious way, and his writing is so confounding most of the time, you can't help but love it. He was one of the greats he was. This is a little collage of my favorite of his characters. Artwork © Copyright 2003 John Rios

Oh my Goodness!! I can't even start to explain how much I love this picture (but I'll try anyway). I lurve Edward Gorey (I used to watch masterpeice theater, if that's what it was called, just for the opening that Gorey did) I was extremely sadened when I found out he passed, but at least he left awsome stories and drawings for us to remember him by. Awsome pic.
