I can't blame @GenMarshall for using an unmistakably non-Asian actor for Tōjō; he'd want to make the villain distinguishable, and there certainly weren't as many original Gmod ragdolls as there are now. Still, every time I see Nikita Brezhnev, I think back to this episode.
