I like how this picture came out. It took me forever to do. I'm especially happy with her skirt. Actually.... I'm very happy with it. Her hair is a bit fuzzy because I was trying something new and it took so long I was very unwilling to undo any of it. Floofy or not, I'm very happy.
OOO I like! I agree with the hair, it is a bit fuzzy, but its still very good, good technique. I ike the way you've drawn the creases in the dress, they look cool! The background is very cool indeed. I reckon its tops, just perhaps a bit of work on the lineart, and the rest is great! Good job.
