Junicorn 2022 #16 - Emerald
Junicorn 2022 #16 - Emerald by B Sanders (@fragmented_imagination)

"Emerald unicorns are one of the most recognizable mineral unicorns. While rare, their presence in the world is a rather bland existence. Emerald unicorns can be incredibly temperamental and much prefer to keep to themselves. It is often believed that emerald unicorns will defend the vein of emerald they were born from. While this might be true, this is only because emerald unicorns will protect entire caves which they deem as their territory. While they sport emeralds on their bodies, these emeralds are rendered valueless due to emerald unicorns damaging them in the process of defending themselves. Even their horns do very little for poachers, as they are the same elements of iron oxides, nickel, copper, and carbon used by other mineral unicorns. Although striking to look at, most humans simply leave emerald unicorns alone."

Spent quite a bit of time on the texturing. I imagine this would look quite nice if I had a little more time to work on it.
