Gothic Faerie
Gothic Faerie by @Claidis (Lauren Rankin)

I drew this as an upcoming birthday present for one of my friends (September 15.) I already showed it to her to see if it was adequate, and it was (whee.) Still have yet to give it to her.

Nice job on doing her makeup--especially around the eyes. You also did a pretty good job of making her tattoo seen to be a part of her skin.

(By the way--when using Photoshop, there is no "proper" way to color, unless it looks bad. ;) I know folks who use the program without ANY layers, and they knock my socks off ( gorblimey.com , furiae.com ). Layers can be your friends, but that doesn't mean they're always the BEST way to go.)

Thanks!

Yeah, I'm sure there are a lot who can work without layers splendidly! I found that I just like it better and work faster.
