Travelers Sunset
Travelers Sunset by @Ashwings (Jenny Romanchuk)

Woo! Took me a while but it's finally finished! I managed to finish coloring it during 'art night' on IRC.

I wanted it too look like a print n_n; ah well I can always dream that my art will be worthy of purchase!

Brown haired girl: Rhea Blonde girl: Faye Cat dude guy: Ryu

Omg it's so cliche--but I don't care hrrrr. These are the main 'human' characters in my scifi-fantasy novel I'm working on for the past 6 years. I'm halfway done writing it! Woo! but I still got alot of work ahead of me.

I'm also farting around with my new style nods sorta semi realistic cartoony like type thing.

It a horrificly flawed pic now that I look at it--one charas eyes is all wonky--shading is a little off--plus the water looks weird--same with the rocks--but there is only so much you can do with a mouse! and there is a bunch of other stuff that I am not going to mention!

Drawn out with a pencil then colored in photoshop 7 with a freaking mouse ya!!!!1111one11!! eat my shorts tablet you suck!! Well...untill I get one! n_n

I'd buy prints if I could afford to!! :P Especially of your "The Rainy Slums" picture... I loved that one.

Anyway, it looks great! I love the hair texture. I can see what you mean about the rocks and water though... the rocks look almost... squishy o.O lol They look quite comfortable anyway ^.~ And at first I thought the water was grass... Can't see what you mean about the eye, possibly because they're all so small...

Great job, yet again!! ^__^ Looking forward to seeing more from you.

Your art is definitely good enough to sell ^-^ This pic is no exception! The character composition and poses are great, and the coloring is wonderful as always. I love the texturing in the rocks and sky.

I have to agree that this pic is good enough to sell. You did a wonderful job with the colors. I like the brown tint. =) Excellent job on the shadows on their clothes and the rocks. I like your semi-realistic style. It works well with the atmosphere of the piece. The water isn't too bad. It could be a bit more translucent, but it looks good nonetheless! One thing I think this image lacks is a background. A bg would greatly enhance it and make it much more interesting. I know there's only so much you can do with a mouse though. XP Great job! I always enjoy looking at your artwork.
