First finished painting of 2019! It my character, Kichiro! He is a dragon born with what, dragon kind, call the Celestial Flame. He uses the magatama to focus the power of the flame into useful forms. He can create projectiles, barriers/shields, streams (similar to lightning), ect. He can also breath the flame from his mouth.

It always intrigued me that whereas fire-breathing dragons are the European archetype, Chinese dragons are water spirits.

@Thorvald: Yeah, it is rather fascinating! Kichiro is intended to be a hybrid of both, but displays more of his Eastern side in appearance. The flame is a part of his more western roots, and is extremely rare among dragons in his world.
