You rate it as 'Anime', since the subject is from an anime show. Even if you'd done this in a realistic style, it'd still be considered 'anime.'

I LOVE this pic! It's so cool! Charizard is my favorite pokemon along with Lugia and Celebi. n.n And thanks for the comment on Chi-Chi.
