I LOVE the wings. The details are awesome. Pencil drawings are the best! ^.^

Incredible. How much time did this take you to make? I love the perspective, and the way his limbs are sort of half raven. I also like how for the wings, the tips sort of fold back, making it look more 3-D-ish. He does look dark.

Marvelous rendition of a karasu tengu! And here I thought I was the only person that drew japanese creatures! (I have yet to draw a tengu though) The face does not seem to have the characteristic long nose/beak as is usually illustrated, but the bird's face in the background seems to compensate for that nicely. The bodily regions where man becomes bird are flow and change smoothly and proportionately. Lighting and shading effects are simply outstanding. Excellent work! I hope to see more like this from you in the near future. As a suggestion for a future image, I would recommend illustrating a kappa.

yes, i know they are supposed to have a beak/long nose but it jsut did not fit well with the overall image, it is art and i am one who is known to bend the rules >:) i would draw a Kappa but i am not familiar with that creature, if you would describe it to me i could give it a whirl.
