Freya, the nordic cat goddess
Freya, the nordic cat goddess by @veralucia (Vera Lucia Emerim)

Freya, the nordic goddess of cats. I chose to paint her as an all time goddess. So she does not have the famous necklace and the feather cap.

The lighting in this piece is so intense, and confronting, just like her gaze. Very, very cool! I love the kitty in her arms--it's adorable, and I like how its eyes are slightly crossed, like some of those types of cats have. The hair especially is very, very well painted, and I love the background. It's like she's glowing with goddess-power--very cool!
