Flag of the German Empire (IOT XIV) by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)

SVG reconstruction of Marauder-M's flag of Germany, originally created for KaiserElectric in Imperium Offtopicum XIV. Marauder got bored and quit Prussia on Turn 5, and 'Lec assumed nominal control over both Germany and Austria via their standing alliance of the Holy Roman Empire. The countries were formally joined on Turn 8, and Marauder prepared a new flag playing up the Austrian inheritance—the Prussian king was MIA, and Archduchess Claudia became Kaiserin of the united Germany.

Submitted in 2016 to the now-defunct IOT Wiki, replacing Marauder's original raster. Based on the war ensign of Germany (1903–19); incorporates the 1815 Imperial Coat of Austria by Sodacan, published under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported license.
