So what we have here is Cion, a teknikat of Old Mystic and Marsh lineage, and one of five siblings. Quintuplets, to be precise. And yes indeed, those markings are natural. They’re not tattoos, though they were inspired by me looking at one too many tribal-ish tattoos on Elfwood. Particularly this one.
