I like the haunted look to her eyes. However, this may not have been what you're aiming for; her face says "mature" but her eyes lean towards "childlike"--but they're not definite.

In other words, the features of this character don't give me a clear picture of what sort of a character she's supposed to be. Here, she looks like an independent, capable person. However, if she's being saved all the time, she should probably look more fearful, don't you think? Or have hints of that in her.
