These are AnataOfIrk's Invader Zim fancharacters Nihon, Ukar, and Jikken. ^^

Nihon, the insane pyromaniac, is having a ball lighting a ball of paper on fire while Jikken cautiously tries to pull the burning wad away. Ukar just watches, dumbly. XD

I didn't know what to do with the background. =P
