Oh wow, it has been a while. HAV - Julius Caesar

Something about the textures seemed familiar, and then I realized this has a similar vibe to some of Vuldacon's work. I've been poking and prodding at a Civ3 DYOS mod that features literal demons as one of the factions, so if'n you ever want to plug yourself abroad... ;3
