Happy Birthday Chukchi Husky [2009] by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)

Sketch for the CivFanatics user Chukchi Husky, prepared as part of my opening post to his 2009 birthday thread. Despite the memetic reputation I developed in association with foxes, my first love is wolves, and despite the name most of CH's art tended toward wolf subjects. It actually took me a while to get a handle on "realistic" animals, and it wasn't until about 2011 that lower jaws became a standard feature when characters weren't open-mouthed. 

I know my face here is channelling a certain cartoon character, but even as I'm picturing whom I can't recall the name.
