Around this time of year I always try to draw a native Australian animal as Australia Day is on the 26th of this month. I drew a Kangaroo last year and this time it's a Koala. - Drawn whilst listening to Meshuggah "Bleed", Gojira "Oroborus" and Doro's cover of "The Four Horsemen" lol -

@Camazotz: Yeah they are super cute but surprisingly tough, they bite and scratch hard. We have to be careful in our neighbourhood because sometimes they will get into backyards and refuse to leave (not good for the koala's safety if you have dogs or cats). There's even a rule in some places that you need to cover your pool at night just in case so a koala can't fall in.
