Enlisted ranks for Tsunami Command of Ekim. Unlike Tremor Command, when Tsunami Command was first assembled, it was believed that individuals in the nation's navy would not be as exposed as its army, so its rank insignia was conceptualized differently. Instead of pins, rank insignia was designed as embroidered bands which slipped on to the shoulder straps of a standard uniform. The rank insignia on these bands was done with brightly-colored thread so that a seaman's rank was visible either above or below the deck of a ship. It was also felt that the bands were more secure in the event that a sailor fell overboard.

These bands come in two varieties: traditional and modern. The traditional form is mostly obsolete but is still worn by sailors dressed as honor guards, which uses older styles of uniform. The modern form exchanged the bright yellow thread for a more subdued gold color. E-2, E-4, and E-6 ranks feature red thread above and below the bars to differentiate them from E-1, E-3, and E-5, respectively. The former were introduced later in the service as Tsunami Command's role grew beyond a simple navy. E-8 has always featured an anchor in blue/cyan thread to differentiate it from E-7.

As Tsunami Command's role evolved, the admiralty felt that low visibility insignia were slowly becoming a necessity, especially when units such as Amphibian Recon and SpecIns (Special Insertion, search-and-rescue units) came about. So, Tsunami Command introduced their own brand of TCE's low-visibility rank pins. These were based on the modern design, but Tsunami Command differentiates their pins by using pie slices rather than triangles. The slices are also textured as is the back of the pin itself so that it is easier to grip should the pin fall off into water. These pins are usually worn by sailors operating in enemy territory as well as sailors stationed at a naval base outside of Ekim's borders.

Although the English-language ranks listed above are traditional naval ranks for Earth, the Batum-language ranks are the same across all branches of Ekim's military.
- E-0: Dhezmā "Seaman Recruit" Used only by newly-enlisted sailors. Does not have a low-visibility pin since this is a trainee rank.
- E-1: Yekbia "Seaman Apprentice" Automatic rank granted after basic training.
- E-2: Junghe "Seaman"
- E-3: Schadh "Petty Officer Third Class"
- E-4: Ware "Petty Officer Second Class"
- E-5: Fāstia "Petty Officer First Class"
- E-6: Fāstia Zān "Chief Petty Officer"
- E-7: Fāstia Ābhiam "Senior Chief Petty Officer"
- E-8: Fāstia Síyazhbhaif "Master Chief Petty Officer" Highest enlisted rank. Failure to qualify for this rank automatically promotes a Senior Chief Petty Officer to a Specialist.
