Unable to manage profile images

For some reason, the link to do so on the Profile page isn't a link, just bare text. I have three profile pictures. My apologies if this is known or intended, I've been unable to find any information on this elsewhere on the site. I'm using IE on XP with SP3.

This is a known issue. The Profile Image Management system is still under development, but it will be completed and released with Version 4.0.1.
