This comic will forever piss me off, because it was one of the rare instances I didn't verify the reference. I saw 300 some time the following year, yet was somehow spared exposure to the trailers, and my first exposure to that line was a friend's paraphrase, hence the extra wording.

"Time to switch to decaf!" is one of the better-remembered diplomatic responses from Civilization III.
