@GenMarshall: Nah, I mean literally slow the game clock to bullet time. Slower can only be done through mission scripting, but the player can actually x2 – x4 game speed live (a lifesaver for dashing through 'slow' stretches like travel sequences).

Really, the two countries were made for each other...
Comicking in OFP can be deceptively difficult. I recall that to do the third frame I had to slow the in-game speed to some ridiculous fraction so I could a) turn my head and b) rotate the camera before I got into the UAZ.

I do that in Fallout 4 screenshots, just reduce it so that 1 minute equals to 1 Fallout minute (the default is 1 RL minute = 20 Fallout minutes).
