Then you are too close to your device. Please put down your device and consider some of these handy alternatives:

Make a peanut butter and toothpaste sandwich. Brush your eyes. Go for a long walk with your sushi rolls. Feed your MP3 player. Spend time with your cabbage. Light some nice sofas. Play a short game of fish. Do something to enhance your plastic bag.
